CATERING OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the Catering Operations Manager, you will
• Direct and mobilize workers with a view to providing qualitative and quantitative services of an Outdoor Catering Company.
• Drive operations through effective and efficient interactions with customers
• Be responsible for the profitability of the business
• Strategize to achieve smooth running of the business through the establishment and implementation of new and old policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND RELATED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• BSc/HND or City & Guild in Food Technology or Catering and Hotel Management with operations background
• Must have adequate knowledge of Food (Nigeria and Continental dishes)
• To posses minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
• Must be good team player
• Good communication skills – verbal/written
• To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical service to the ED, helping her to manage and prioritize her time.
• To provide strict, private and confidential service to the ED.
• To manage the workload of the ED, assist her in tasks on hand and act as contact point to her.
• To provide comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the ED across the range of her work.
• To maintain and organize the ED’s diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.
