Our client, a fast growing information and communications technology company is looking to fill the following positions immediately:

1. Customer Sales Advisor- Warri
Job Summary: Interact and approach customers with the aim of making a sale, provide and process information in response to customers’ inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Be polite, courteous, efficient and helpful to customers and colleagues at all times.
• Maintain a confident, well-groomed, and welcoming appearance at all times.
• Listen to customer requirements, present appropriately, make a sale/sales, and ensure a repeat purchase.
• Maintain an updated and adequate knowledge about old and new products to be able to sell convincingly to customers.
• Understand and demonstrate customer care and high level of customer service at all times.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions: suggesting information about other products and services.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
• Assist in stock taking processes, including display of stocks for sale, and notify the Sales Lead of any slow moving stock or low stock levels.
• Conduct regular general store housekeeping to ensure store is clean and tidy at all times.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintain record of inquiries, comments and complaints as well as details of actions taken to resolve them.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Support promotional campaigns as may be required.
• Carry out all activities as may be assigned by the Customer Sales Lead.

Qualification/Experience

•Effective verbal communication skill.
• Excellent customer care skill.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skill.
• Excellent negotiation skill.
• Self-driven and result oriented.
• Sound product knowledge.
• Great thinking and listening ability.
• A University degree or HND in any discipline.

2. Value Added Services- (VAS) Project Manager, Lagos
Job Summary: Responsible for managing business relationships across board with the clients, with a view to closing business deals and establishing new ones. Support in providing direction and coordination for VAS Project activities in the company to ensure quality of clients’ relationship, business growth, and product quality and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities 
• Responsible for contributing in the designing and executing of business growth and expansion plans for the company 
• Support the VAS Project Director to create strategic direction for VAS project management in the company that will ensure month on month increase in revenue 
• Establish direct communication and good business relationship at management of the relevant telecoms operators in Nigeria and other areas of operations, to position the company as their top VAS provider.
• Effectively manage third-party supplier and partner relationships, to help build and deliver technical services and solutions innovation that will enhance the operations and add value to the company 
• Responsible for managing VAS operations from initiation to launching stage, and provide the coordination required to achieve commercial success 
• Provide regular report activities on all on-going projects and business discussions with clients to the CEO 
• Provide strategic advice and options to the VAS Project Director on growth trends in the telecoms and VAS industries in Nigeria and across Africa, which can be leveraged upon business growth.

Qualification/Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any related course
• Excellent and direct communication with Telecom Operators at Management Level 
• Minimum of 4-5 years in projects and solutions delivery at middle management level in Telecoms and VAS industries in Africa and Asia 
• Business process design and implementation 
• Ability to work in a multi-dimensional team with strong communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills 
• Minimum of 4-5 years in designing and delivering successful consumer products and solutions
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 will be an added advantage

4. Graphics Designer, Lagos

Job Summary: To produce graphical designs, Illustrations, User Interfaces, Visual communications and presentations that are visually stimulating and communicate the appropriate concept as may be required.

Qualification/Experience:
• A first degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or any other related discipline.
• Demonstrate proven graphic designing experience.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
• Commissioning illustrators and photographers;
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Highly proficient in all design aspects.
• Similar works or projects done. 
• Creative design, computer and innovative skills.

5. Web Developer, Lagos
Job Summary: 
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the development of new Web Applications, layout, visual appearance and usability of the Institute's website, design and implementation of user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use and the development of database-driven Web interfaces for rapid real-time information sharing.
Qualification/Experience
• A first degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or any other related discipline.
• At least 2 years cognate experience in web designing and graphic arts.
Required Skills and Attributes
• Skills in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent Presentation and Graphic packaging skills.
• Sound knowledge of codes such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), JavaScript and CSS. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
