Positions: 

A. The following vacancies exist in an electrical engineering firm
Finance and Accounts Officer – 1-3 years’ experience 
Key functions
• Financial Reporting
• Budget and Review
• Daily Financial Management
• Expenditure management
• Regulatory body relationship Management- Tax
• Vendor and Third Party Management

2). Quantity Surveyor – 2-4 years’ experience
Key functions
• Tender and contract documentation including bills of quantities
• Valuation and claims reporting
• Cost management
• Vendor and Third Party Management
• Client Management
• Advice on contractual claims
• Review all opportunities for additional fees recorded by the relevant personnel and assist in the submission to the Client.
• Advice and ensure adherence to procurement strategy

3). Head, Engineering&Projects – 3-5 years’ experience
Key functions
• Project Management
• Client Management
• Technical Staff Management
• Third Party Management
• Cost Control and monitoring
• Carry out supervision of all the Electrical / Instrumentation designs on site.
• Ensure timely response to technical comment and queries and verify conformity with company procedures.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Scope of Works and Test Procedures.
• Supervise the Day-to-day implementation of the project and perform Testing & Commissioning prior to acceptance by Operations and Maintenance Department.
• Provide technical guidance, advice and instruct project team 
• Ensure Technical Specification (Power transformer HV/LV, gas turbine Generator sets, HV/LV switchgear, UPS, LV distribution, and Cable Specification, to be in compliance with Company/international standards.
• Perform power analysis calculations such as Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Harmonic Analysis and Protection Coordination studies.
• Development of load lists, equipment list, equipment specification, data sheets& material requisitions.
• Manage electrical design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
• Technical bid evaluation, Vendor drawing review.

B. We are currently hiring for the following positions.

1). CAFETERIA SUPERVISORS

Responsible for effective supervision of service personnel at Cafeteria.
Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at Cafeteria
BSC/HND, with a minimum 1 year experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry.
Must be resident in Ajah, Agungi, Lekki, Okota or environs.

2). CAFETERIA MANAGER

•Responsible for day-to-day management of the Restaurant for the creation, identification and prioritization of business opportunities, aligning those opportunities in order to achieve superior customer service, high operating standards and the achievement of financial and customer service targets.
•BSC/HND, with a minimum 3 years experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry
•Must be resident in Ajah, Agungi, Lekki, Okota or environs.

3). CAFETERIA WAITERS/WAITRESSES

Responsible for providing quality service that meets customer’s satisfaction.
Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at the Outlet.
Must be resident in Ajah, Agungi, Lekki, Okota or environs.
O level with minimum 1 year experience or OND with/without experience.

4). CAFETERIA COOKS

Responsible for ensuring meals are made to company’s standard and ultimately customers satisfaction and reduce wastages.
Must possess ND Hotel and Catering Management, Food Technology or other relevant Certification in Catering 
Must be resident in Ajah, Agungi, Lekki, Okota or environs.
Minimum 3 years cooking experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.

5). PASTRY BAKER

To engage in the preparation of pastries, confections, and other baked goods.
Must be resident in Ajah, Agungi, Lekki, Okota or environs.
OND/NCE in any of the following, Administration, Management, Catering and Hospitality Management or any related discipline with 2 years experience

6). QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS
•Responsible for implementing company specifications and regulatory standards 
•Ensure total compliance to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
•BSC/HND, with a minimum 1 year experience in Quick Service or Food Production/Processing industry.
•Must be resident in Ajah, Agungi, Lekki, Okota or environs.

7). MECHANIST/WELDER/ PLUMBERS
Trade Test with 3 years working experience

8). DIESEL MECHANIC/ PLANT MECHANIC
Govt Trade Test/C & G Certificate with 3 years practical experience

9). ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION TECH/ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
C & G Certificate with 3 years working experience

10). R/A TECHNICIAN
Govt Trade Test with 4 years working experience
