- A Shop Manager is needed in a famous Brand in Victoria Island
The Shop Manager coordinates all activities within the shop. The Employee in prospect shall be responsible for the overall supervision of the Assistant Shop Manager, Shop Supervisors and other Shop staff. S/he ensures that the showcases are adequately stocked and interfaces with the production units, Stores / Procurement as well to achieve this. The Shop Manager is also responsible for maintaining quality service delivery to the customers and ensuring all sales related conflicts are resolved amicably.
